Poor People's Campaign
March 29 @ 5:36 am EDT

The Baltimore-based Fair Development Roundtable (FDR) is pushing city leaders to develop a COVID response that protects residents who are most impacted by the crisis- folks who are homeless, housing insecure, unemployed, or have been laid off. As we continue to advocate for housing and food security across the city, we are also developing mutual aid structure so that we can support our neighbors and meet direct needs when we are able.

The Roundtable is hosting our first virtual Know Your Rights Training this Thursday from 6:00-7:30 PM via Zoom. Please RSVP to the Facebook Event:  https://www.facebook.com/events/948926472193402/. This online Know Your Rights training is focused on housing, unemployment benefits and food access questions .The training will include attorney Matt Hill from the Public Justice Center, everyone is welcome to join.
