Event Details: We are uniting with 30 states across the nation for simultaneous Mass Poor People's & Low-Wage Workers' Assemblies on Saturday, March 2, 2024.
We will gather at 10:00 a.m. at the corner of E. Capitol & 4th Street; then we will march to the Capitol at 11:00 a.m.
Unifying Values and Demands: The unifying values of the Assembly and March center around the following demands for ALL, including:
- Worker & Labor Rights, the Right to Living Wages
- Quality Health Care For All
- Access to Housing
- Fully Funded Accessible Public Education
- Voting Rights & Ending Voter Suppression
- Equal Rights for All
- Abolishing Poverty
- Environmental Justice
- The Unity of Love, Not the Division of Hate
