Maryland Poor People’s Campaign (Montgomery County)

Welcome to Montgomery County, aka MoCo, one of 2 counties in the great state of Maryland that are part of the Washington, DC metropolitan area!
To read more about this county if you are not familiar with them, check it out on Wikipedia!

Maryland PPC is a statewide movement, but some events (listed below, when available) may be organized at a more local level. So, each of the 8 regions is listed as its own “organizer” on this website (other organizers are partner organizations or others with whom we work). If there are no regional events listed below, click here to see statewide events.

If the MoCo region will hold a meeting independent of the state’s monthly, it is usually held on the 2nd Tuesday. Pencil it in just in case!
Maryland PPC has a statewide Facebook page as well as a Facebook group for residents of each region: click here for this region’s group (you must agree to the group rules for your request to join to be approved).

During these unprecedented times, all events are virtual, so everyone from all over the state of Maryland is welcome to join!
