Sheilah Garland-Olaniran is a retired union organizer, and is currently a Board Member of the Southwest Environmental Task Force, a Co-founder/Member of the Illinois Single Payer Coalition, a Co-founder of the Medicare for All Coalition, a member of the Chicago Southeast Side Coalition to Ban Petcoke, as well as an active member of the Illinois Poor People's Campaign.
