We are in a crucially important period of change, of demonstrations, of struggle to change the distorted moral narrative in this country that perpetuates the systemic racism, the systemic poverty, the war economy and the environmental destruction that is devastating our country.
In response, the South Side Cluster of the Poor People’s Campaign is conducting Phone Banking every Saturday from 10 to noon starting this Saturday, August 22nd through October 31st. The Zoom call will include training on how to do Phone Banking: it’s a fun and rewarding experience! We will provide instructions and supporting information and we’ll send you 25 Phone Numbers to get you started. It’s easy! It’s cool! AND it’s VERY important!
