About the Delaware Poor People’s Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival

We’ve been working with organizations across the state to pass numerous important pieces of legislation that will help Delaware confront poverty and racial injustice.

Our Advocacy:

The Delaware State Legislature will meet again in January 2022 and we’ll be ready for them. This year, we will be advocating for cannabis legalization, paid family and medical leave, fines and fees reform, voting rights and ballot access, and changing the Law Enforcement Officers’ Bill of Rights to create more transparency and accountability.

As a Movement, it is time to Declare a Moral Witness and join up with others on the ground!

THIS Wednesday 10/27, we will join together in DC and make a final and critical push for Biden’s Build Back Better Bill which seeks to strengthen voting rights, immigration rights, healthcare. It will also expand the child tax credit,  access to jobs, and EVERYTHING else that we need to have just as a START to good and just policies that lift us from the bottom up.
